Reach Cyber Charter
Philadelphia-area Reach Cyber Charter School kicked off the back-to-school season at the Franklin Institute where they had a chance to meet their virtual classmates and teachers while exploring the exhibits and doing STEM activities. 6abc was on-site to capture the fun.
The Mann Center
Movies @ the Mann came to an end this season with the showing of The Godfather, which is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the film this year. Prior to the show, Cathy Cahill, CEO of the Mann, was featured on PHL 17 to preview the event. Watch the clip from her interview here.

The Salvation Army

The National Shrine of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton
A Mass was held at the National Shrine of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton to honor those in the sea services. Hundreds of people came together for the annual Pilgrimage to pray over these men and women.
