Give us a little bit of background about yourself!
Hi! I am Justina Newell, a recent graduate from Lynn University. I majored in marketing with a focus on social media and fashion! All my life, I’ve loved OVER-dressing and making some sort of post about it! In my free time, I love styling outfits and being with family and friends!
Describe yourself in three words.
I would say I am courageous, driven and empathetic!
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
When I was younger, I always admired both my parents. I would see my dad in his police uniform and my mom in scrubs, then dreamt about how I could somehow be both. Well, fashionably – I could never imagine myself in either outfit. That aside, I admire both the work they do and the colleagues who work alongside them.
What’s something few people knew about you, but you wish they did?
I’ve done ballet my whole life! I put ballet shoes on as soon as they fit me, all the way up to pointe shoes.
If you could give a piece of advice to your high school/younger self, what would it be?
To stop comparing my goals and progress to others and live in MY moment.
